The notes field must contain the contact information of the team coach for verification purposes, tryouts not containing direct and verifiable contact information or deemed illegitimate will be rejected. This review is a security measure and precaution to protect your children and may take up to a week; as a result your tryout should be submitted with this time frame in mind.
