Certificate; Health Card Number (only if new to Club)
REGISTRATION FEE:
$280 for players playing mini soccer (fall into U9 and U10 category)
$325
for all youth players up to last registration date of Feb. 7, 2009
$350
for all youth players after February 7, 2009
$225 for senior players
LONDON UNITED HAS KEPT ITS YOUTH REGISTRATION FEES THE SAME AS 2008
NOTE:
1.Many teams will start skills & drills development indoors in
January. Early registration will enable you to participate.
2.No refunds
will be issued once selected for a team. Any refunds issued will be subject
to a $20 administration fee.
3.Bank charges will be added for NSF cheques.
